Au revoir Mr BORSNAK
I learned today the death of Mr. Georgy BORSNAK.
During his lifetime he was locomotive engineer at SNCF deposit Narbonne.
It is thanks to his action that the steam locomotive 141 R 1126 has escaped the scrap dealers.
This locomotive is now restored. He loved driving when she spent in his region of Perpignan.
This picture is a tribute to this endearing man.
I met Georgy just one time.
It was on 2006 september 26TH, in Perpignan
Georgy has just taken his service.
He awaits the signal path free to take the special train to Cerbère.
Georgy was very familiar with this machine. His conduct was very assured.

Few minutes before departure night train to La Tour de Carol in the south of France (Pyrenées). This day I was very lucky,
Locomotive driver authorized me to accompany him on a portion of the journey between Paris and Orleans.
That night driving more than 100 Km was very nice.
The driver told me very sympathetic many lightening signs.
